Terms of use

Booth Overflow publishes vendor booths. It is not a party to the sale of any listed piece.

The service

Vendors pay a setup fee and a recurring plan to publish a booth of up to 50 listings. Shoppers may browse those listings at no charge. Contact details on a booth are provided so a shopper can deal with that vendor directly.

No item sales

Booth Overflow does not offer, broker, escrow, ship, or accept payment for listed pieces. A price on a listing is the vendor’s asking price, not an offer from us. Any agreement to buy is solely between the shopper and the vendor. We are not responsible for condition, authenticity, title, delivery, or payment.

Vendor duties

You may list only pieces you have the right to sell. Descriptions and photos must be your own and must not misstate what the piece is. Listings publish immediately. You can edit or delete them at any time. You are responsible for answering buyers and for anything you promise on the booth page.

Fees and cancellation

The setup fee is charged once, with the first plan payment, through Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel in the Stripe customer portal. When a subscription ends or a payment fails and is not recovered, the booth is removed from public pages. The setup fee is not a deposit and is not refunded merely because you cancel.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in to yourself. We may remove a booth that is unlawful, that impersonates another dealer, or that is being used for something other than listing antiques and collectibles.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Booth Overflow is not liable for lost sales, for a buyer who does not show, or for a dispute about an object. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
