Privacy
We keep what we need to run a booth and to show the public what you chose to publish.
Accounts
If you open a booth, we store your name, email, and sign-in with our account provider, plus the booth profile you type in: booth name, location, contact details, and how a buyer should reach you. Contact fields you save are shown on the public booth page.
Listings and photos
Piece titles, descriptions, prices, categories, and photos are stored so they can be shown to anyone browsing the site while the booth is active. Photos you upload are kept in our database and served from this site.
Payments
Vendor plans are paid through Stripe. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us. We store Stripe’s customer and subscription identifiers, the plan you chose, and whether the booth is active, past due, or inactive. We do not collect payment information from shoppers.
View counts
We increment a counter when someone opens a live booth or a live piece. We do not build a profile of shoppers from that counter, and shoppers do not need an account.
Retention
Booth content stays while the account exists, including while a booth is inactive, so you can turn it back on. You can delete individual pieces yourself. To close the account entirely, write to the contact email on your booth and we will remove the vendor record.
