FAQ

Short answers.

If you are a shopper, you do not need an account. If you are a vendor, the booth is the thing you pay for.

Do you sell the items?

No. Booth Overflow lists them. The buyer contacts the vendor, and they arrange payment and pickup themselves. We never charge the buyer and we never take a cut of the sale.

Who is this for?

Vendors who already sell from a shared antique or collectible co-op booth and have more inventory than the booth can hold. Garages, spare rooms, and storage units.

How many pieces can I list?

Fifty. If you need a fifty-first, remove one. Photos are capped at four per piece so the page stays fast.

Is there an approval step?

No. Once the booth is paid and active, new pieces appear immediately. You are responsible for the accuracy of the description, the price, and the photo.

What does the buyer see?

A public booth page in the color you pick, with your contact details and how you want to be paid. Individual pieces also appear in Browse, with search by word, category, era, price, and location.

Can I share just my booth?

Yes. The booth page has a share button, and the dashboard copies the same link. You can hand it to someone who already knows your co-op.

What if I stop paying?

Stripe tells us. A failed renewal marks the booth past due, and a canceled subscription takes it off the public floor. Your drafts stay in the dashboard so you can come back.

Can I edit after something is live?

Yes. Change the price, the words, the photos, or delete the piece. The public page updates with the save. There is no review.
